The concept behind the creation of 473 Grenada Boutique Resort started out many years ago, with the wish to create a simple and beautiful place for family, friends, and guests to share and appreciate the beauty and simplicity of the Caribbean, making a home away from home. When they first moved to Grenada they designed and built their original home in Fort Jeudy whilst still dreaming of the resort that has now become 473.
They purchased the land that 473 is on in 2005 and started building in 2007. They worked on the development and the gardens for a few years until the worldwide economic downturn made them take a hiatus as it had a very harsh effect on the Caribbean. Fast forward to 2013 when they were able to come back to realizing their dream and put all their spare time and love into what 473 has now become.
If you can’t find Mark in his workshop, he will be on the water, sailing or swimming. Mark is always working on new projects and he is happy to share his vision and love for The Caribbean.
No resort or holiday destination is complete without the dedication and hard work of the team behind the owners ideas and plans.
